Lucky you. My Griptonite (the second one) showed up Friday. 37oz! Total package with rail, SS 6x42 in “Horn” rings is 9lbs 4.6oz.

No problem; this one’s for fun, not mountain climbing. If it’s a real shooter, I can always steal the stock off my Alpine, but still the FC at 6lbs 7oz with scope will be tough to beat. Pretty nice setup for $400 minus the optics, although the $249 Walmart Special Vanguard .243 still holds the record if you can ignore the slow twist.
