I've never considered it hoarding when one buys quantity when it's on sale.
Last year Reed's had a spring blow out sale on Winchester steel shot shells. I drove to Walker and bought as much as I could afford at the time. They had to use a fork lift to put the pallets in my Ram. I ended up paying less than $5.00 a box for 3" #2,BB & BBB DryLok Super Steel. I have enough to last me the rest of my hunting life.
Not hoarding just smart buying.
