Our dictator, I mean governor, ran and won on a platform of imposing an extraction fee on gas and oil to fund his socialist agenda. Even our liberals are pro energy. And we do not have early voting aside from absentee ballots, so tonight actually mattered. If Trumps campaign plays that sound bite for the next 10 days it will be a clear win on Election Day.
Yep I passed through Schuykill County a few weeks ago and was absolutely pleasantly shocked to see the sheer number of Trump signs when 15-20 years ago you would have NEVER seen a non Democrat sign in those parts. For those unfamiliar this is an anthracite coal mining region, where blue collar folks voted Dem forever. Bunch of small coal patch towns with a bar and a church on every block. Also pleasantly surprised that all my relatives who remain there are all Trump supporters.
