Trump needs to let Biden talk long enough to show what a confused old man he is.
Sadly, he did, and Biden didn't seem so confused, other that how all liberals are confused.
You must have been watching a different debate. Stuttering Joe’s gears were slipping several times and he came out of that looking rattled, old and frail. He in no way looked up to the task of running the country for 4 years. Every time Joe talked for 2 minutes he set the ball on the tee and then Trump hit the hell out of it in his response.
