What, exactly is a lost vote, why, and is it recorded for whom?
Lost votes are ballots that have disappeared from the system.
They're also votes that don't have signatures,mismatched signatures or didn't use the safety envelope.Therefore they have been discounted.
Some of these could have been by accident or they could have been tampered with by the staff at a polling location.
