Last time i checked, the German Gun Collectors had copies. It might still be available on Amazon, as well. It's title is "The Drilling"

It's a good book on the subject. The computer translation is sometimes a bit humorous. It's like a computer translating German for "hydraulic ram" to "water sheep" in English.
