Great rifles, another bit of info I’ve heard but can’t verify, I’ve read in several articles the early m12 impact rifles were stainless barreled actions that’s coated black, that’s what these look to be but again I can’t verify, If anyone has additional info please share.
Notice in the article he claims a stainless bbl action with a black coating.
I believe that is correct.
They are very nice rifles. Love both of my M12's
Just mounted a S&B 3-12x42 Klassic on my impact. The Recknagel scope mount that comes with it is very nice and sturdy, also about a $79 mount for free with the rifle. (I know because I have had the exact same one on backorder with NEGC for my M12 Extreme for a month).
