Yes, we're seeing so many Bald Eagles now it's crazy. Just 10 years back it was rare to see one, but occasionally one could be seen, from a pair that was along a river in the valley. Now we see them all the time around our pond. A few years ago our pond turned over killing some bigger fish and there were perched all around our pond until all the dead fish were gone.
Just this past week we watched an Osprey take a fish from our pond. First time we've seen an Osprey here.
The buzzards, especially black buzzards, are everywhere. They may be having an effect on the number of Turkey (red head) buzzards though.
There's no shortage of any of them......
I did play around with some Barnes Tipped TAC-TX 120's yesterday in a single shot 30-30. Not because of lead concerns but they were available bullets to order.
