most of the large consumption of soft drinks, don't use sugar anyway they use azulfamine, and sugar subs. while they have less insulin stimulating effect than sucrose/glucose they still have some.


A side diversion, but is there an insulin response with artficial sweeteners? And are diet soft drinks still a blood sugar catalyst
