So one can assume that you'd be good with a business owner or landlord shooting to kill if they broke in to their building shouting obscenities and threats while looting/lighting fires, correct?
If they were threatening and endangering people's lives then, yes. Throwing a rock through a window doesn't qualify nor does stealing a tv. Crawling through and saying you are going to kill people in the building does.
