So one can assume that you'd be good with a business owner or landlord shooting to kill if they broke in to their building shouting obscenities and threats while looting/lighting fires, correct?
I absolutely would. Go all "Korean Business District" on their ass. Use of lethal force to defend your property should be legal in every jurisdiction.
The problem, as I see it, is not that Ashley Babbitt was killed. The problem is that several hundred other "peaceful protestors" have not been killed over the last year.
