Where are you experiencing this?
Meijer, Kroger, Wallyworld in mid Michigan.
I guess it must be different up there, I have no noticed a single difference. Honestly can't remember the last time I noticed someone smelling like pot in public either, and its not just my nose cause I can always smell those who smoke cigarettes in their house.
