I guess it must be different up there, I have no noticed a single difference. Honestly can't remember the last time I noticed someone smelling like pot in public either, and its not just my nose cause I can always smell those who smoke cigarettes in their house.
If you can smell pot rolling off somebody it's no different than smelling booze rolling off somebody.
It's a sure indicator that they've been doing it all day and it says more about your locale than the product being used.
In other words, Michigan is a liberal infested schit hole.
