Those that gotta be told to leave. They are on i-10 stuck in traffic right now with g-tank on 1/8 full.



I believe that Governor Edwards is trying to liase with the National Guard to maybe run fuel trucks where they can along the Interstates.

I believe Texas did that for their people who were evacuating north a few years back.
