They are not dumb or stupid, they are conniving con men who bank on the publics gullibility to think they are benevolent but misguided. This type of thing is right out of the social engineering 101 play book. Bill Blair and his ilk are not stupid and people need to open their eyes and pay attention to what is going on. They are orchestrating this very badly written nefarious legislation into fruition right in front of our very eyes...I wouldn't call them the stupid ones.....
