Got a new 30-06 to try a couple of days ago, will try the load I’ve been using for 40 plus years, 59 grains of IMR 4350 and a 150 Nosler Partition. That load has shot well in a dozen rifles.

I'll be using my 30-06 this season only with 165 HBTSP at 2900 fps. (H205 - my last can)

The young guys say IMR 4350 is an old man’s powder. I have a hard time trying another powder when the 4350 works so well. I have three other 06’s, sub inch in all of them.
