Shatner doesn't want to go...probably had to peel his fingers off the super structure of the launch pad to get him in the ship. Wonder how much Bezos had to pay him?
Can't find anything about if and if so how much Shatner is getting paid for taking the space ride, but a few years back he did turn down a offer to go up in Branson's rocket because Branson wanted him to pay for it. Branson reportedly claimed Shatner refused because he was afraid of heights but Shatner said he refused because he was not so gullible as to risk his life and pay for it, too.
