Another reason the UAW pizzes me off. I was once a UAW member in the late sixties through the early 70's before & after my military service. Even back around 1972 some of the old timers I worked with were making comments like "This union ain't what it used to be". I know a lot of their own members don't approve of the way it's run and I can't understand some of the stuff they do and some of the people they endorse. It's not just the UAW either; a lot of our unions seem to be run by commie socialists. WTF?
Labor unions are the basis of the Marxist System.
The former USSR was the United Socialist Soviet Republic. A Soviet is a Labor Union, which is the most basic political subdivision in the "Soviet" system, and hence why it's in the name.
