X-bolt HCS for a little more than your $900. I like Howa a lot but the Browning is slicker than snot and lightweight that has very little recoil. Will be getting another.
This the barrel is full length from bolt face to the end of the brake 27.5" . Picked up one slightly used the other day for 995 which included the warne rail, 30mm vortex rings with a 4x16x50 vortex viper with bdc and turrets. Shoots nice...mb
