I know there is a lot more pricey and "better" quality stuff out there, but I have a Ruger American Predator that shoots itty-bitty groups, with just about everything (loves 142 ABLR). It cost me about $419.00 a few years back.
You can certainly find a more accurate rifle somewhere, but you'd be hard pressed to, especially at that price point.
I have fooled around with eight 6.5 Creedmoors since 2010, ranging from $250 to $3500 in retail price. The two most accurate have been Ruger American Predators.
