Before you "condemn" someone for lying you should read the whole story. He
did marry his sister.
As far as judging someone, Christians have an obligation to. Read the whole sermon Jesus spoke. You can find it in Matthew chapters five through seven. While you're at it consider Jesus' Word, "Judge with righteous judgment." This is found in John.
