As I see it the problem with forced diversity isn’t in choosing incompetent people. That’s easy to see and easy to fix.

The problem is in choosing less competent people. This is much harder to see and nearly impossible to fix.

Obey lawful commands. Video interactions. Hold bad cops accountable. Problem solved.
