It looks like the Gestapo has a real chain of custody problem, the way they handled the ransacking. Unless what was removed was inventoried on the spot and attested to by witnesses and the actual remover they have a broken or in fact non-existent chain of custody.
This will no doubt get through several courts along the way, and there will be some judge who throws everything out because of the evidence handling.
The dog-fuggers at DOJ and FBI screwed the pooch.
