How come Russia hasn’t done non stop aerial bombing of Kiev?? Russia by all accounts has fully functioning Air Force.
Probably because Russia doesn't want to hang the cost of rebuilding the nation on the citizens. Dick Cheney would level the city, hand Haliburton a no bid 7 billion dollar contract to rebuild the city and have the American taxpayer foot the bill.
