Ed, I been thinking about buying one of those Turnbull mounts for my 1886 45-90.
When you mount the rifle to your shoulder is the red dot easy to find? Or do you have to "search" for it?
What size dot did you go with?

My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.
