T he last time I was in a Cabela's was maybe 10 years ago. I can't see driving 120 miles one way to go the a gun store that overcharges on used guns. I have a small collection of Ruger #1s and they had one one the rack, an S model which I like and find difficult to find Guess they sold them all back east or something because I never saw on for years here in the west. They had one in the S model in .300 Win. Mag., the price $150 over the price of a new one if a new one had been available. The idiot working said it was one of the very rare models of the #1. Told me they only made 200 them in .300 Win. Mag. Condition of the rifle was NRA fair at best and I'm being generous when I say that. Have't been back since.

Our forefathers did not politely protest the British. They did not vote them out of office, nor did they impeach the king, march on the capitol or ask permission for their rights. ----------------They just shot them.
