You are aware that COE land is shotgun or bow only, right?

You made no mention of where, what species might be hunted, or if there was extenuating circumstance such as a use agreement with another agency.
If you could, for my enlightenment, please refer me to which part of Title 36 states that "COE land is shotgun or bow only".
