there are some of us who hunt with only a single shot rifle ,shotgun ,muzzle loader with the thought : make the 1st shot count , that`s how i grew up . so i guess i will go 1st, my favorite is a Ruger #1 for the last 25 years , the last 20 years 257 Weatherby mag. and for the last 45 some years maybe longer i have always loaded my own ammo for family and myself . i feel a more accomplished hunter using my own hand loaded ammo to hunt deer or other game with so i guess that makes me a Looney too .
