Sorry if the comparison wasn't good... They look about the same to me. But if someone else were buying me one to have and keep, I'd still chose the gas model.

No worries at all. The Ranger Kinetic is more on par with the 1000 series in regards to hauling, towing, bed capacity, HP however it actually exceeds the 1000 series in all of those categories as well. I was drawing my comparison to the Polaris Ranger 1000 xp gas model. I appreciate your time in replies its a lot to consider and all help is appreciated.
