Should there be. That’s a tough political and practical line to walk. Because realistically yes there is a difference. Both teachers should and will lose their teaching license and go to prison.

The difference is the male teacher likely manipulated the female students. Odds are it was the teenage boy that came onto and chased the female teacher with no illusions of a life together past walking out the door. Men and woman have different views towards sex and mates. It’s always been that way.

Neither situation is appropriate but common sense and life experiences tells most of us that they aren’t the exact same situation. In both cases it was likely the males that were the ones that pursued and initiated.


Are you under the impression that 16 yo females need to be manipulated to have sex in today’s world? Times have changed, and I am not so naive to think you need to coerce teen girls into much of anything. But I do agree that society still favors the boy banging the hot teacher, right or wrong.

15 and 16 year old girls have been targeting and looking to lay older adult males since Nero.

Sure SOME of them have Daddy issues or were abused as children.

But a lot more of them are just practicing and learning to trade what men value for that which women value.

Young teen women get as horny as young teen men. It is simply that many of the women have learned the value of what they carry.
I know that none of the girls the science teacher had relations with ever made any claim against him. They all knew what they were doing and wanted. Young women are just as sexually aggressive as young men. Many are looking for much older and more mature partners. I find the legal regulation of sexuality to be a societal disease. I believe all the 17 and 18 year old requirements for consent to be detrimental to society. Non consensual sex is rape and that’s where the legal limit needs to be. Arbitrary age based rape past puberty is not in line with nature. The saying that old enough to bleed is old enough to breed is biologically sound. Extending childhood beyond sexual maturity is a problem. Many young women want and seek out older more mature men and just about every young man dreams of “scoring” with an older woman. It’s natural and making this illegal sets up many for societal and emotional failure. At this point society holds that you’re not fully an adult until 21+. This age is nearly half way through the prime birthing age for women. We need to encourage young people to explore their sexuality sooner and move on into committed relationships and having children at a much younger age than is now prevalent. Child birth has been below replacement for a couple of decades now. Much of this is due to the extension of childhood and the very late start for many women. This opinion is for those who’ve reached sexual maturity. Pre pubescent sex is pedophilia. I have no tolerance for pederasts.
