Easiest I ever changed out a headlamp in - was "The Warden"s 07 GMC 2500HD.
2 pins, and the assembly came out into your hands. Twist lamp connector out, replace bulb, and reverse process.
Ten minutes max - the second and subsequent times. Took a while to figure it out, initially.
