Has anyone use Norma tip strike ammo/ bullets?

I am specifically looking at the 140 GR 6.5 creedmoor

I really don’t know about them and not sure if they make that bullet or rename another brand of bullet and load it

Bottom line is it a good hunting bullet for deer?
Any real life experience?
