The whitetail Norma 6.5 is a decent deer bullet for the money. My buddy shot this big central Kansas buck with at about 220 yards. He shot it broadside, only concern for me was it didn’t exit, basically just found the cup, but he fellafter about a 50 yd run. I bought the ammo for him and Accuracy was great with it in his Savage 110. In sale I got it for 16 bucks a box shipped free from Norma, can’t beat that. It has a crappy BC and with the performance on this deer I would say it is a 300 yd and in for whitetail or less animal.

I never tried the tip strike but I guess it is a step up in performance from the whitetail.

I use the 143 Norma bondstrike for everything out of my losermoor. It has an insane .679 g1 and .313 g7. Shot some pigs with it in the 150 ish range. Complete pass through, even on a double shoulder hit.
