What's your problem with a TB? I hope you know that there is a lot of TB blood in QHs
Crossbreeding TB lines into other breeds can certainly add refinement, height, and speed. The TBs I’ve ridden and shod tend to be a little flighty, so less than ideal on trail or around cow work. Their feet also tend to have little cup to the sole, and often thin, shelly walls.
