If you plan to grill burgers......add cheap Amish bacon-ends at a rate of 1:6 before grinding. Label as 'baconated'.

You can add an egg and a some Ritz crackers......if you prefer.

Elk burger straight is great for chili, lasagna, or other fill ins.
