Quite frankly she does not have the authority to suspend the constitution.

Very true but it'll have to go to court to shut her down. Then it could go through several layers of appeals. She could shut down all guns in the state before the court system shuts her down. This is a national thing, not just state. Anything to do with the constitution affects the entire country.
