I’m going to coin a new phrase, we’ll call it JoeBob’s Law. It’s a corollary to Godwin’s law which basically states that in any political conversation someone will mention Hitler.

Anyway, JoeBob’s Law is that the first person to bring up the Dunning-Kruger Effect in any conversation is always to the person to whom it most accurately applies within that conversation.
