I think that you missed the point. Coming across as a pompous ass doesn't help your case, even if your superior process produces elegant solutions.

+1. OP: You've got 18 years on me. I started in 2000. I still consider myself a rank neophyte. I never ask a question on 24hourcampfire.com unless I'm willing to accept the answers of folks who have way more experience than I do.
