dawaba, you knew it was against the rules in the first place didn't you? Doesn't really matter why, or if you or I agree or disagree. On private ground here in Texas, as long as State rules are being followed, the landowner dictates, period. If he tells you not to get off of the road for example, and you do so anyway, prepare to suffer the consequences.
