In this case, from gutting the goats. Neither set of entrals was blasted, each pealing out of the carcas intact. It would have been better to take the photos, then gut them. One was shot nearly an hour before the other, and we're sticklers about meat quality. We were more meat than trophy hunting and were fighting time as it gets hot around 10 AM. I'm guessing this photo was taken slightly before 9 AM and we had a road trip ahead of us, back to the camp.
