I have a couple of 120-150qt Igloos. They work fine for me. What's funny is that WallyWorld used to sell the 2-3" huge styrafoam box cooler's.
We did a fishing trip for a week each year. Six guys, three boats, lots of beer. We would start a month before leaving and fill those coolers with ice from the work ice machines. We would tape them shut with duct tape and store in a walk in freezer until ready to leave. They would keep ice for a week.
