maybe its just my experience hunting ELK and deer with a 358 win, but the 250grain .358 diam. speer over 44 grains of imr4064 has been an exceptionally effective hunting load with really consistent accuracy , I don,t see the 200 grain being the best choice.
I don,t think anyone I reload for has used, or supplied anything but 308 win cases necked up, and while on paper the flatter trajectory of the 200 grain looks good, the 250 grain speer has proven itself to be excellent in the field
