I've used 358s on and off for years, but never did consider it to be a LR chambering.
Hornady and Remington 200s always worked fine in any twist up to 16" but you need to pay att'n to your throat for the shorter bullet. I pretty much switched to 250gr Speers and have forsaken the lighter bullets.
