300, despite the fact you're not the thread cop, the reason for my response is it's almost impossible to reccomend a backpack... what fits me well may not be what fits you well. In the end "fit" is 90% of what makes a backpack "best"... to declare a piece of gear "the best" is folly. Clear enough?
