This makes me a little hesitant to order a new Mcmillan, until things are sorted out.
I was thinking the same. Often things go from great to crappy after a purchase with new management focusing on $ rather than the product, heavy turnover losing trained workers, production issues, quality issues, etc. Hopefully that won't be an issue here.
