I teach honors kids of all complexions in a low-income big-city district. Oddly enough them bright, decent kids can walk down the hallways without getting pregnant or having their test scores drop a single point.
An easy one-word explanation explains all of that, across the board irrespective of "race", "ethnicity" or whatever you want to call it.....
