Someone I know has been ranting about this for years, his solution;
Anyone who receives their income from the Government should NOT be allowed to vote.
Think about it, government workers voting is a conflict of interest. It�s like people in the private sector picking their own bosses, are they going to pick the best person for the job, or pick the person who promises the biggest raise and most days off ?
