My brother has been offered $1200 for his 284 M100. He hasn't sold as it was my grandpa's. Both me and my dad have M100 308s. His is more accurate than mine and both of ours are more accurate than my bro's 284. And my buddie's 7400 is more accurate than all three. But ours look better.
FWIW, the recall is an easy fix and no big deal.
