Whatever works. But, the Zippo is generally good enough.
I won't go without my cigar if that's all there is, but a clean butane flame or a burning cedar spill is much better.
Lit one (at least) off an oxy-acetylene torch. Does that count? Might have even been one or two off a road flare...
