Yeah if I'm reading that right, I'm agreed.
Seems to me if we went through every ME'ern looking folk that's flying with a fine tooth comb, that would make more sense to me. Sure it's not fair to the honest ME'er but maybe if they go through enough hassle they'd be more inclined to rat out there revolutionary cousins.
I would think it would be easier for our intel to keep track of folks of another race that have been to Palestine (?) than just searching every 7th person or whatever they do.
Probably too much common sense and too PC incorrect to fly, but it sure makes sense to this cowboy.
